We’re all about paying it forward and giving back to our community which is why we launched our new referral rewards scheme in early 2021 that rewards people with more every time they make a successful referral. But what is a successful referral?
To put it simply, a successful referral is when your referral completes a first-round interview with the hiring manager for the role. This used to be exclusively face-to-face but with a global pandemic and the shift to more home-working, video calls now count as long as it’s with the hiring manager and isn’t a HR screen or technical test.
In fact, the general shift towards home-working has actually reduced the time to interview for many of our clients. Gone are the days (for now) of having to try and find a lunchtime slot that works for both of you, or the inconspicuous dentist appointments, it’s a lot easier to arrange interviews when both parties are working remotely.
Our quickest referral to interview so far this year has been just under 20 hours (referred at 3pm and interviewed the next morning at 10:30!), meaning that it really is possible to earn from your network in under 24 hours! Can you beat that?
